Providing Push capability from a skill is really just another way of doing what is already available via Routines - if the user specifically wants pushed responses, they can do it today via all the ways routines support "When this happens...", and then Alexa speaks the prescribed text. It is really the same thing, and is already available today. The team just needs to expand capability to support skills. Thanks!

To further clarify, a user should be able to play a video and then the skill should have the ability to reprompt the user with a voice response so that the skill execution can continue after the video is done playing.

A bit more information - this has become a major cost issue for us, and is making it impractical to scale our service / Alexa skill with the current AWS architecture. We are paying hundreds of dollars per month (above the $100/mo credit we receive as an Alexa developer) in AWS DynamoDB charges because we have to go to the DB for every intent.
