Please add a Proactive Events Schema for Medical Appointment Reminders.
The current Occasion.Updated Schema is close but a little too restrictive for a general Medical Appointment reminder.
The ability to use a schema that allows us to specify the following would be really helpful:
Hello. This is <appointment.clinicName> reminding <appointment.patientName> of your <appointment.date> appointment with <appointment.providerName> at <appointment.providerLocation>. Please arrive at <appointmentArrivalTime>. You may contact us at <appointment.phone> to cancel or reschedule. <appointment.otherInstructions>.

Skill Action Follow Up Notification
For skills that perform an action requiring follow-up (e.g. lock a door --> the door is now locked; close the garage --> the garage is now closed), there should be a window of time whereby the skill is able to respond back to the user without keeping the connection to Alexa open.
