Weather alert Proactive Events schema for italian alert system
For my civil protecion's NPO, I'd like to develop a weather alert skill.
We are in Italy, and the provided weather alert schema is tailored for US.
For the compliance with italian alert system we nedd totally different data and messages.
It's quite difficult to explain, but I try.
Italy is divided in Regions and every region has its alert zones (number can vary from a Region to another).
The principal weather events are: rain, heavy rain, flood, heartquake, snow, heat alert, fog.
Every weather event has a level (from green to red) that indicates the severity of the alert.
Region, weather event, level and the message template must be localized in Italian.
An example should be:
Umbria Region. Weather alert for heavy rain in zone A ([zone name]. Alert level: orange. Be careful and follow the indications of the authorities.
Translated: Regione Umbria. Allerta meteo arancione per pioggia forte nella zona A [nome zona]. State attenti e seguite le indicazioni delle autorità.
As civil protection's volunteers, we know that this skill is very important for our communities.
I hope that Amazon can consider to provide the requested schema.

Same problem here in Brazil. We are having lots of storms and floods.
I've started designing a Skill to provide alerts but the Proactive Events.AMAZON.WeatherAlert.Activated only accepts en_US as the locale. Why this?
