Proactive Event Schema for Notifying User About Low Air Quality (High Index) Forecast for Tomorrow
The most ideal solution would be a general custom proactive event schema so we don't have to ask for each use case here. The following is one of quite a few notifications we would like to provide our citizens. Most of our ideas cannot be implemented at this time with the available proactive event schemas.
For this use-case, we would like to allow the user to opt-in to notifications about unhealthy air quality in our city through the upcoming skill in development for the city. This would enable citizens to make informed decisions about whether they should limit their time outside if the air quality might affect their health.
We are able to lookup the Air Quality Index forecast and would like to push notifications to users that have opted-in when the Index is over 100 so that we can tell them by 6pm daily if the air quality will be in one of the following categories based on the index:
Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups (101-150)
Very Unhealthy (201-300)
Desired user experience: "The air quality for tomorrow, <date>, is forecasted to be <index category>."
