Say I've got an Alexa device in my guest room. It would be great if there was a kind of "guest mode" which I could use to apply certain (customizable) restrictions to features like:
- Skill invocation
- Smart Home
- Playing music
why dont they have any security for this thing at all?
My neighbors can yell loudly enough from outside and control the Alexa device because theres no way to restrict it.

Add disable the ability to enable a skill via the voice interface. We have a skill that requires our customers to place their Echo devices in public spaces. It would be great if they could prevent the public from enabling skills that may not be wanted either by limited skill enabling to the Alexa app or requiring a passcode to allow a skill to be enabled via the voice interface.

I like this idea. It is similar in concept to the Alexa for Business program where you can have an Alexa device installed in a corporate environment that is not tied to someone in particular and can be managed by the corporation.
