Request: Allow ISP Entitlement below 99 cents
I have a new skill which is getting great traffic. It has an ISP Entitlement option offering additional content. I am seeing MANY customers opening the purchase intent, but when they hear the price, they are saying "No" to actually purchase.
I think this is because there is a mentality that amazon skills are free and they don't want to pay anything. I decided to lower price down to 49 center (which I guess would be 30 cents for Prime Members). I expected this would net me 19 cents on each purcahse.
My logic was that I would rather have 50% of all these people buy, making me 19 cents each, rather than approx 1% I'm getting now, making me 69 cents.
However, I get an ISP error that the price must be between 99 cents and 99 dollars. Can someone please ask the ISP people to allow the price to do down lower, perhaps to 49 cents as I'm suggesting. Maybe even 39 cents (which would net me 9 cents). It seems that if I'm willing to take this price cut then they should allow it.
Perhaps eventually raise it up,as the mentality changes, when people realize that they will get a MUCH better alexa skill if the author is getting paid something for it. Just like cell phone apps. Maybe just between now and the end of the year, or til the spring, allow sale prices on skill ISPs?
Thanks!
Ken.

Your abbreviation threw me for a loop: ISP ?!?! When I saw the title, I was wondering why an Internet Service Provider had a problem with 99 cents. Took me a bit of thinking to piece together In Skill Purchases.
