Enable developer access to the Show/Spot/Look camera for both taking a picture or capturing video - bonus: easy integration with AWS Rekognition in ASK would be ideal.

As a user I'd like to be able to say, "Alexa, take a screen capture" and save it to my Amazon photos. From there I could share it with friends, or in the case of a misbehaving skill I'd send it to a developer.
