Provide a flag for new users
There is already a flag for a new conversation, but I'm interested in a flag for a new user. I would prefer to keep my Alexa code stateless so that I don't need to store the user ids, just to check if this is a new user or not. Regarding the Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (EU-DSGVO) I want data minimization, so non stored information cannot make trouble. While certification I got the feedback that I have to explain the core functionality. For a returning customer I really want to avoid to tell the already known features. You may can reset the flag after 2 weeks of no usage.

This would be really helpful in determining how much support to provide for users. If someone has -never used a skill before we can hold their hands a little more.
